Introduction
The Student Management
System is capable handle all information of student. The detail may be students
personal detail, faculty, year,etc. The student management system is a digital
version of traditional system of keeping record.
Background
In most of the educational
organization the record of students are kept traditionally on large ledger books. Even in popular and big
educational institution also keeps record manually on which most of the data of
students ar lost or are not found at required time.
So, in this project i am
trying to make Student Management System which helps such institutions to keep
record the students detail systematically and can be found easily at required
time.
Objectives
The main objective of the system,
is to reduce
the consumption of time during maintaining the records of student management.
Separate divisions are provide to maintain the records of students, faculties
and fees details.
The objectives of the system

Requirement

Knowledge(Developer End)
For
the development of the system we need proper knowledge on JAVA programming
language with good skill to use Swing, Database connection, library files, SQL
for DB,etc.

Knowledge(End users)
To
use the system the user should have proper skill on typing and entry of data.
It would be better if they have knowledge how the system works.

Conclusion
This
system would demonstrate effective and efficient data and its management. It
would take less time for accessing data and information of required student
which might take hours to search small information of a student.
